Our Story:

Scot Duke, Founder and CEO of Innovative Business Golf Solutions has mad it his mission to do what he can with his experience in solving business issues to help golf, business people who golf, golf businesses and professional golfers find was to improve their business.

IBGS is a multi-faceted company positioned at the forefront of

The development of IBGS began when IBGS’s founder, Scot Duke, began his journey to find how he could best use the vast experience in operations management he obtained during his 31 year career as Distribution Operations Manager of SBC (now known as AT&T) Yellow Pages.

During his long career Mr. Duke also developed an above average interest in golf.  Being a consummate process and project manager he began helping with organizing golf tournaments and private golf events all while playing his share of golf with clients, vendors and employees. His golf experiences lead him want to finding out why more people were not using golf as a business tool.

After spending ten months researching and playing golf in different business environments Mr Duke found out the vast majority of golfers who attempted to use golf as a business tool fail resulting in them leaving the game of golf with a complete misunderstanding of what golf was all about. This lead to him gathering information on how actually to use golf as an effective business tool.

During the marketing of his business coaching business Mr Duke entered the internet. It was there he found from experience all of the things that work and do not work in internet marketing.

To heighten his marketing efforts Scot developed experience in how social media can be used in the golf industry.  Combining this effort with podcasting and VideoCasting lead to the development of IBGS’s Business Golf Country Club..a private business/social networking club.

Now armed with both offline and online business experience Scot developed new approaches to educating business people to the importance of having a well balanced business image online and offline.

These new approaches lead to the development of the ClamBake Café a unique way to provide educational seminars and workshops while providing opportunities to get first hand experience of learning to play golf and business golf.

To expose what IBGS has to offer golfers and business people IBGS developed the IBGS Broadcast Media division featuring the ClamBake Cafe Talk Show.

So together all of the IBGS services and products offer businesses of all sizes different approaches to learning how to improve business operations, developing new business and keeping business through innovative thinking.
